Tucked away in woodland grounds, this beautiful Victorian Lodge, and newly built Courtyard complex, provides high quality accommodation in Deluxe and Superior doubles, twins and family rooms. Set in an elevated position, and surrounded by extensive woodland with a bubbling stream and a duck pond, all rooms provide outstanding views of the town and the hills beyond. The centre of Pitlochry with all amenities and restaurants, the well acclaimed Moulin Inn and brewery, and the many walks in and around the area are only a stone’s throw from Craigmhor Lodge. Privately owned and managed by Calum and Jane MacLellan, the whole team at Craigmhor Lodge aim to ensure that our guests a relaxed homely atmosphere and high standard of service and housekeeping.
What could be better after a hard day’s fishing than relaxing in the hot tub with a beer overlooking the River Tay? The main house at Horsey Reach sleeps 12 people in 6 double bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities. The lodge sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Both properties have outdoor hot-tubs. Perched high on the banks of the River Tay on the outskirts of the village of Stanley, 6 miles north of Perth and only an hour’s drive from both Glasgow and Edinburgh, it is the ideal base to explore Perthshire and beyond.
